OBLIVION REMASTERED SCREENSHOTS FOUND ON VIRTUOS SITE, AS WELL AS SUPPOSED ReleASE DATE

News of an official The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remaster keeps getting hotter and hotter, as images have surfaced on the Virtuos website seemingly showing off a new look at the title.

User u/taurnil posted a link to the r/oblivion subreddit to the Virtuous site an hour ago, which showcases a plethora of updated graphics and visuals, as well as the official title, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, alongside confirming the developing studios, Bethesda, Bethesda Dallas and Bethesda Rockville, not forgetting Virtuos. It seems this page has now been taken down.

Ilooks to be more than just a graphical upgrade as well, some other major fixes include:

• A Souls-like blocking system

• A less frustrating Stamina System, retooled for the remaster

Whilst no release date has been shown, the game will release on PC, Playstation 5, and Xbox, with Xbox players gaining access to the game via the game pass as well. 

Safe to say, it’s a good day to be an Oblivion fan. Saty tuned for more.

EDIT: As of 18.04.2025, another leak has sprouted stating a relase date of 21/04/2025, this being next monday, keep anj eye on this site for any gameplay reveiws if this does turn out to be true!
